Can you process customer refunds on Shopify?

Yes! We’re a Shopify Partner, so we can link to your Shopify store to update stock, process orders, and amend products and descriptions. If you get a return, and we have access to your store, we can inspect it, update your stock availability (if it’s ready for re-sale), and process the order once the return sells directly from our processing centre.
