Can you purchase a postal order?

Yes, we can do that for you! If you need us to purchase a postal order to submit with a Send (e.g., DVLA), just request it from the Customer Services team with the details of the postal order required, checked or unchecked, and make sure you have cleared funds in your UK Postbox account for the value to be debited from your balance. We process postal order requests on Fridays! Be sure to send your request by 2pm Thursday.
