I've topped up my account, can you send my item?
Once you have uploaded your send, we will calculate the cost depending on the postage option you have chosen and the number of pages included. We will apply the relevant charges to your account. If you have sufficient balance on your account, your send will be actioned with no need to intervene. If you have an insufficient balance on your account, you will be notified that you need to top up before we can process your send.
