Why do I need to input the email and phone number of the recipient for my send?

When you enter the delivery details of your item, it is a requirement of the system that an email address and phone number are supplied. This information is never transmitted to the receipient and is solely a requirement of the shipping platforms we use.

These details are not printed on the postage label and are sent electronically only. If you do not have the details of the recipient to enter, then you may enter your own contact details or use a placeholder, e.g. 07000000000 and email@email.com
