Can I cancel my send after submitting it?

We understand that sometimes you may need to make an amendment to your send after submitting it for processing.

Once you have submitted, you have one hour to cancel the request, after which you will need to contact the Send Mail team via the message centre to request cancellation or change of details including postage options and address.
