When will my send be sent?

We aim to process all sends that are submitted by 14:00 GMT the same day. We operate a system where all sends are processed within 24 hours during office hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 16:00).

Please be advised that this is on the understanding that yoour sends can only be processed if you have sufficient balance on your account.
