Connecting your UK Postbox account to Make is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to automate workflows with your envelope and content scans:

Using New Content Scans

New Content Scans is a Trigger which runs when a new mail item's content scan is added to your UK Postbox Account

Step 1: Login to your Make Application

Step2: Create a New Scenario

  1. Click on "+ Create a New Scenario"

Step 3: Add a Module

  1. Press the + button to add a module.

  2. In the search box type "UK Postbox"

  3. select one of the Triggers or Actions

Step 4: Select the Trigger

  1. Choose the Trigger Watch New Content Scans

Step 5: Create a Webhook

  1. Click on the Watch New Content Scans Module

  2. Press Create a webhook

  3. Name your webhook

Step 6: Setup Connection

  1. Press Add

  2. Name your connection (e.g. My UKPostbox Account)

  3. Press Save

    1. A popup window to UK Postbox will open

      1. If you’re not logged in, log into your UK Postbox account.

      2. On the consent screen, press Allow to grant Make access to your UK Postbox account.

  4. Press Save

Step 7: Save Webhook

  1. Press Save

Step 8: Close Module

  1. Press Ok

Module Output

  • Name which includes the full file name

  • File which contains a temporary link to your digital mail item

  • Mime The File's Type Data

  2. Press Create a webhook

  3. Name your webhook
