Physical Store
If you don’t want to forward or destroy your original, offline mail items, you can physically store them at our secure facility and retrieve them at any time. Storing physical items is a chargeable service depending on your plan - view our storage fees here. Here’s how to complete the physical store action:

Login to your account.

Locate the item you wish to physically store.

Select the item by either clicking on it or selecting the checkbox to the left-hand side.

The options available for the selected item will appear at the top of the page.

Select the “Physical Store” option.

When asked to confirm you wish to proceed, select “Yes” or “No”.

Selecting “Yes” will move your item to the “Pending” folder whilst the mailroom handles your request.

Once complete, the item will move to your “Physical Store” folder.
