Can I use a virtual address service with Checkatrade

CheckaTrade will not accept virtual address services as a trading address to register on their site, they only accept offices where the business is the sole occupant and not sharing an address, office space or desk space.

In addition, they also require proof of the business at that address Council tax bill (for Current year), Rental/mortgage agreement or Bank statement
