How do i update my card details?

If you wish to update the credit / debit card on your account because it has expired, been replaced or you simply want to use a different card to make payment for your account please follow these steps

  1. Login to your UK Postbox Account
  2. Go to “Settings”
  3. Select “Plan Details”
  4. Find Automatic plan renewals and select “Manage”
  5. Select “Remove / Replace Card”
  6. Enter your new card details
  7. Click Save
