Parcels. In simple terms, how does it work?

UK Postbox gives you an online UK mailing address with total remote control from anywhere in the world. You have full control of your postal mail through a secure online account and you can manage your mail in real time, both receiving and forwarding parcels from wherever you are.

1. A parcel is delivered and signed for into our secure mailing facility.

2. All parcels are sorted, barcoded and input into our computerised, automated system. From this point we know where every item is and so do you through your online account.

3. A picture is taken and uploaded to your secure UK Postbox online account, so you can see the parcel.

4. Forward on. You can forward any item to anywhere in the world - you are in total control. Choose your forwarding address, postage/courier service and repackage if required.
