How do I contact the mailroom or another department direct.

From within the platform, select the message centre icon in the left-hand side toolbar.  You can then send a new message to any department.

The message centre is 100% secure, as the information never goes outside of the platform. If we send you a message you will get notification via email/push notifications, saying that you have a new message but it will not contain any of the actual content.
