Where is my mail stored?

Your mail is processed through our secure mailroom facility, based in Dorset. Mail is barcoded, scanned, and delivered to your online account. All mail is then stored at one of our onsite secure storage facilities. 

We do not process and store any mail in the satellite addresses, as it would be difficult to monitor and control the high-security levels that we required.
