What is the difference between a Personal and Business account?

 A personal account is for customers where the account is managed by an individual. This type of account is for personal mail, not business mail.


A business account is for businesses which are a trading entity (sole trader, partnership and incorporated) and are managed by an individual/s on behalf of a business. This type of account is for business mail and can also include personal for the account holder and named (verified) individuals. 

The charges are exactly the same with both personal and business accounts.
